- Prioritize your tasks in order of importance. Make sure the most important ones get done first.
- Make a to-do list before bed to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

- Set a timer for each task.
- Schedule your time carefully, so you have time left for relaxation or leisure activities at the end of each day.
